Every stage of life comes with unique challenges. Navigating those challenges can be overwhelming and feel daunting. Maybe you are a parent who has done everything you can to help your teenager but it feels like nothing is working, they are still suffering. Or perhaps you are an adult who is struggling with grief, anxiety, depression or past traumas that are negatively impacting various aspect of your life. There is hope! Healing and growth are possible, and I would love to help.
Together, we will work to develop greater insight, increase self-acceptance, learn coping & self-regulation skills. You will be equipped with the tools you need to overcome past, present & future challenges whatever they may be. This is all done though the therapeutic relationship and the use of CBT, EMDR, DBT and Solution Focused therapies.
