A brief introduction
We believe that every client is unique. That’s why we offer different kinds of care to help each person in the best way possible. We provide mental health support, physical health services, substance use treatment and supportive services. The Pacific Clinics’ approach includes using practices backed by evidence and research to ensure every client gets the care they deserve.
Our team provides multiple services that include early intervention to prevent challenges, helping with co-occurring substance use and treating severe mental health challenges.
We understand that a one-size-fits-all approach doesn’t benefit our valued clients. We found that treatment is most effective when we empower clients and partners to create a path to recovery because they deserve a care plan as unique as their goals.
We also engage their family, friends, community and other support networks to foster a spirit of collaboration and teamwork. By working together, this supportive network can encourage clients to remain dedicated to every step of their care plan.
Pacific Clinics is one of the longest-operating behavioral health service providers in California. We develop many relationships to build a robust service referral network for our clients. These partnerships also allow us to provide valuable opportunities for nurses and graduate students to gain real-world experience in an enriching community setting.
We are always looking to improve. Our team prioritizes evaluating program outcomes, and we’re always looking for data-driven strategies to improve our care plans.
We also listen to what clients say through a group called the Consumer Quality Assurance Board (CQAB) that provides client feedback on our programs.
Mental health challenges can affect anyone, no matter their age, gender, culture or economic status.
For more than 150 years, our team has been positively changing and saving lives. We remain dedicated to continually adapting our approach and finding new ways to meet community needs.

2. Medi-Cal (California Medicaid)
Pacific Clinics prominently indicates their services are designed to accept Medi‑Cal, the state’s Medicaid program. They highlight responsive implementation of covered services—like quickly making TMS (transcranial magnetic stimulation) available once Medi‑Cal began covering it. This underscores their commitment to serving Medi‑Cal beneficiaries Recovery.com.
3. Additional Financial Options
Even if you have insurance, Pacific Clinics may still offer financial aid, such as sliding-scale fees or scholarships, depending on eligibility and funding (e.g., SAMHSA grants)
