​Taylor is a licensed clinical social worker specializing in trauma, depression, anxiety, and grief and loss. Through specialized experience and training, she is able to uniquely able to provide relief to first responders, hospital workers, and individuals who have experienced medical accidents and trauma. On top of this, she is devoted to helping any individual find their way through the darkest moments of depression, anxiety, and loss.

Throughout over 9 years of clinical experience, Taylor has spent time on the front lines and in the emergency departments of our nation. She uniquely understands the crises and trauma you and others live through on a daily basis. Using EMDR, mindfulness, CBT, and getting into nature, she will help navigate a path to peace and overcome trauma, anxiety, and depression.

I use talk therapy and EMDR to explore depression, anxiety, and trauma. 

I am licensed in Texas, Utah, Idaho, Indiana, Virginia, and Florida for telehealth services. I also offer immigration evaluations for any immigration needs.
