I believe that each person has in them the power to heal and grow. But often we are in environments or part of systems that prevent us from being our true selves. Therapy is a space that can open up opportunities for individuals to connect to their authentic self. I consider the impact of power in larger systems that influence each of our intersecting identities while also empowering each individual towards growth. I use primarily an ecosystemic lens within a multicultural framework while also working to provide specific skills and tools.
